Information we collect
We may collect:
- Enquiry and job details — name, phone number, email address, property details and the message or project information you give us (including via the website form, phone, email or quote process).
- Contract and works records — quotes, invoices, installation notes, certification paperwork and related correspondence needed to carry out and document the work.
- Contact-reveal requests on the website (we verify those with a security check; we do not need your personal details for that step alone).
- Technical information usual for running a website — for example IP address, browser type and approximate location derived from IP — typically via our hosting provider or security tools.
- Security / bot-prevention data when Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact form or “show contact details” flow (see below).
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries, arrange surveys and provide quotes
- Carry out and administer installation or related work you ask us to do
- Issue invoices, take payment and follow up overdue accounts where necessary
- Provide certification and paperwork (including Competent Person Scheme / Building Regulations documentation)
- Keep records needed for warranties, insurance, accounting and legal compliance
- Investigate complaints and aftercare queries
- Protect our website and systems against spam and abuse
Our legal bases typically include legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and running our site securely), contract (taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you), and legal obligation where we must keep certain records.
Enquiry form and email delivery
Messages sent through the website enquiry form are checked with Google reCAPTCHA, then emailed to us using our email delivery provider (currently Resend) so we can reply to you. We use that information only to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work you request.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help stop spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information and send it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our marketing pages are designed to work with minimal cookies. reCAPTCHA and essential hosting/security services may set or read cookies or similar technologies as part of protecting the site. Your browser settings allow you to control cookies; blocking some cookies may affect security features such as revealing contact details or sending the form.
Who we share data with
We only share personal information when needed, for example with:
- Our website host (Cloudflare) and email delivery provider (Resend), as processors helping us run the site
- Google, for reCAPTCHA as described above
- Insurers, professional advisers or regulators where required
- Building Control / Competent Person Scheme portals where work must be notified or certified
- Anyone else you ask us to share details with in writing
We do not share your details with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and job-related records for as long as needed to deal with your request, complete any work, meet warranty, insurance or certification needs, and comply with legal or accounting requirements. Spam or incomplete enquiries may be deleted sooner.

Under UK data protection law you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete data in certain circumstances
- Object to or restrict certain processing
